Okay made it to the gym this morning. Not a biggie but road the stationary bike for 20minute. Thought I was gonna die. LOL been too long. Anyway the weight
training will start tomorrow with chest and arms. We will see how that turns out.

Ok here we go: I suck so bad. Never again will I get this bad out of shape.
Bench Press 10x95, 10x115, 5x135, 2x135, 135 mashed like a grape, had to roll it down me large fat ass and sit up. Close grip Bench for triceps 2x5x95 Tricep pull downs 2x8x40, 2x10x20 Stationary Bike 2x5min, feeling yesterdays 30 minute ride emmensly(sp) yeah, it is hard, way harder than I expected but it is a start. Breakfast was good, 4 eggs, sausage and toast Lunch was great hamburger patty covered with blue cheese dressing and tomatoes. Now off to the saltmines. Tomorrow shoulders and biceps oh joy

Ouch, my sore spots have sore spots. Today wasn't the greatest day but I managed to drag myself out of bed and to the gym. Did a little shoulder and
bicep workout.
Seated shoulder press 3x10x40, 2x5x50 Standing side lateral raises 3x10x10 Standing Bicep Curls 3x10x10 Seated Bicep Curls 3x10x20 Standing Barbell Curls 10x20, 10x30, 10x40 Stationary Bike for 15 minutes. Okay Saturday will be the real test. Squats and Deadlifts. Then by Monday I probably wont be able to walk we shall see. Oh the Joy!

Today was an off day. We went to breakfast then shopped at Wally World for us and the stepdad. I then came home got the saw on a stick and got busy cutting tree limbs from the powerlines out in front of the house. It was 90+ when I got started and was a workout in itself since I am sore all in my upper body right now. Anyway, it turned out to be an opportunity to sweat like a pig for a while. Saw a guy we used to lift with years ago at the cafe this morning too. He got grayer just like me. Okay, I am done til tomorrow when we do Squats and Deadlifts. Should be exciting.

Yes, that is correct. Looks like on how things are falling with Linda's doctors appts ect, Tuesdays will be Chest and Triceps(Bench Press) Thursdays will
be Shoulders and biceps and Saturdays will be Legs and Back (Squats and Deadlift) Due to the short training cycle I am doing the Squats and DL's together
which kinda makes it like doing a mini contest each week.
Okay today, humbling as it was, Squats 3x5x135, 5x185, 2x3x225 It felt much heavier than it was. Deadlifts 5x135, 5x225, 3x3x315 Deadlifts felt pretty good considering I had not done them in so long. Okay it was a start. Has to get better from here on in for sure.
Oh yeah my back and legs are already getting sore. This is fun!

Today was a quicky with all the running we had to do. Bench Press 10x95, 5x115, 2x2x135 and I managed not to let it crush me like a grape. Tricep Pushdowns 20x30, 2x15x40, 2x8x50 Like I said a quicky. This week is gonna be different due to the holiday and all. Thursday I will be Squating and Deadlifting. Gym closed for the holiday. So should be an interesting day then for sure. |

I got some support for yaz!
todays workout gave way to some health issues and we got a good report from the surgeon. Will be a long hot morning to make up for missing today on Fridae. |
