cause she knows how much everyone else is dealing with but I think she could use it.
Monday night her dad's back was really hurting. It has been bothering him for a few days but he finally gave in and went to the ER. He's stubborn like Lyss about that sort of thing but her's is cause she hates hospitals and most doctors.
They thought at first it was a kidney stone so they did a few blood tests and stuff and a Catscan. The blood tests and that came back fine but they found a mass on his kidney in the scan. They aren't sure if it's just a cyst or if it is cancer. He's to have more tests with a urioligist in a couple weeks and then a oncologist if the situation merits it.
Lyss didn't want to say anything cause she says a lot of ya'll are dealing with stuff of your own and she doesn't like to worry her friends when they are dealing with stuff. I told ya she's stubborn. All I know is this is really worrying her cause it's bringing back memories of her late mom. Lyssa was caretaker for her mom while her dad worked. She did this from high school till 5 years ago when her mom died from an infection/complications of Rhumatoid Arthritis. I didn't meet her till almost a year after her mom died so I wasn't around to be there for her while she was doing all that. So you can imagine what something like this is doing to her. She was diagnosed bipolar about a year ago so that's not helping things much either but she says she's not feeling anything from that. It's just regular old upset feeling.
She may not always get along with her dad but she loves him and this is scaring the hell out of her.
Anyway I hope she won't get mad at me for doing this but like I said I think it needs to be done. Don't worry I'll still be around to take care of her. She can't run me off no matter what she does *smiles at the idea of her trying*.
