Past away this evening at about 8PM local time. He was 86 years old. Was talking to his wife and just sat down in his easy chair and said "OH".
Massive heart attack. He will be sorely missed by us all especially Linda and her sisters and brother.
Keep us in your thoughts and prayers if you would. |

To live that long he must have had a good life. I am deeply saddened by this news. My heart goes out to the both of you dear friends. Losing your parents is
very hard indeed. I am here for you both as you already know.

Thank you all my friends. It hurts, wasn't expected, but these things never are.I loved him dearly and are lost right now.Thank God I have Angus and real
close brother and sisters to share my grief and hold me up. It's my mom who is really lost. They were married 64 years, and never spoke a harsh word as
long as I can remember, so I really appreciate your prayers.

Well we buried Linda's dad late this morning. Was a really nice service. Lots of people filled the chapel and the minister did a real good job. Linda will
be on later with details and her thanks to everyone here for the well wishes. Chelle the tree is real special to Linda.

Thank you each one for your kind thoughts and prayers. Chell the tree you sent means so much to us. I'm gonna pick the perfect place and plant t. Yesterday
was the hardest time I can remember ever in my life. My dad was a very kind man, and lots of people loved him.I know I should be comforted by that, but the
truth is, It just makes me miss him more. My mom is so lost without him. He left us with a big hole in our hearts. Thank you for your prayers.

I hate "rules" from the state and government. Due to the fact that my mom and dad shared a room in a care facility that is licensed for both
sexes.Their room was on a hall that was mostly men, so now that my dad is gone, they are forcing my mom to move to a room on another hall and share it with
another lady.I'm sure there is some logic there but I fail to see the reasoning that is forcing someone grieving less than a week, to leave the last place
she and my dad called "home". It's just pissing me off, because my mom is doing everything she can just to get through the day without my dad.
She is not fighting anything about it, I just can't stand to see someone so strong, trying to cooperate while big tears roll silently down her cheeks. I
CAN'T STAND MUCH MORE OF THIS KIND OF HEART ACHE! DAMN !!! DOESN"T IT EVER STOP?

Yea they should. She is so tired with greiving she can hardly function. We begged to even pay the expense to allow her more time. They say "thier hands
are tied" by the state, and it's not a matter of money. So...today they moved her, and she is just shell shocked. My sister said she was worried what
this ordeal will cost my mom, at 84 years. I am still functioning on only two cylinders myself and I can't imagine how my mom feels. It must be like being
set a drift without a paddle. Family can only make up for so much! GEE...LIFE SOMETIMES REALLY SUCKS!!!!

I've never heard of that, but then again, I've been fortunate enough not to have had to deal with that.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh that is NOT RIGHT!!!! I HATE that line "our hands are tied" What about that person's life that they are affecting they just
don't care??!! Honestly that would be enough to make me want to strange someone, ESPECIALLY when you see what it's doing to your mom. I know I'm
all talk and what can you do really, but my god that's infuriating. Linda I'm sending up prayers for your mom and I hope that she will get through this
ok. You know maybe the lady she will be roomed with, will be one she can become fast friends with. You never know the reasoning sometimes for these things
happening. I will pray it has a positive outcome for her ((hugs))

Mom is making progress, the lady they put her in with is nice, and at least their is someone there she can wakeup and say "goodmorning" to since
Daddys gone.It still hurts so much to see her grief and the silent tears, but she is such a trooper and kind person, I know we will all muddle our way through
this, holding hands till the storm of grief settles down. Thank you all for your prayers. It means a lot to us to know you all care.
